BUSINESS PROBLEM
Stora Enso had realized a need in aligning their working procedures and providing improved situation awareness to the operators in a control room. The pain points had been identified and we were requested a design for a concept solution focusing on the work processes and streamlining those.
TECHNICAL SOLUTION
We created an application that combines process and machine data from source systems with human-created, structured information. It creates a history database that can intelligently suggest corrective actions for mills to solve their production disturbances efficiently.
Results
The application helped mills recover faster from production disturbance situations, ultimately decreasing downtime. The clarity and the energy driving projects forward combined with high quality output convinced Stora Enso to continue the cooperation.
